JUNIOR EDITOR

We’re looking for a content creator who can take on the world with a single camera.
At Season Four and Equipe, we want someone who’s out there. On the training pitch. In the locker room. On the sidelines. All as part of the shoot. You’re the eyes and ears on the ground — the one who spots the moment, feels it, and captures it.

We often call it a one-man army. Not because you have to do it all, but because you’re able to when needed.
Filming, audio, maybe a quick edit when the shoot allows. Supporting our lead editor when possible.

You’re not on your own. You work closely with our production and creative team, get support from our lead editor, and help our creative directors at Equipe shape how stories are told.

What you'll do

• Be the forward presence on set for productions with Season Four and Equipe

• Work on social and short-form content (mostly TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Do first edits or assist on larger editing projects

• Join shoots, but also be able to work independently

• Give creative input and contribute ideas on format, storytelling, and visual style

Who you are

• You understand sport, mood, and storytelling

• You’re quick, flexible, and know what it means to work in the moment

• You can shoot and edit (we use Adobe Suite, After Effects is a plus)

• You know how to set up a camera, fix sound, and pick the right lens

• You have a portfolio that shows what you make, ideally with sport, content, and pace
