We’re looking for a content creator who can take on the world with a single camera.
At Season Four and Equipe, we need someone who’s out there. On the training ground. In the locker room. On the sidelines. Always right where the story is. You’re the frontline creator, the one who sees, senses, and captures the moment.

We often call it a one-man army. Not because you have to do it all, but because you can when needed.
Shooting. Audio. A quick edit between takes. Supporting our lead editor.

But you’re not on your own. You’ll work closely with our production and creative team, get support from our lead editor, and collaborate with Equipe’s creative directors to shape how we tell our stories.

What you’ll do

• Be our go-to shooter for productions across Season Four and Equipe

• Create content for social and short-form video (think TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

• Do first-cut edits or assist with larger editing projects

• Join shoots on location, but also work solo when needed

• Bring creative ideas to the table, help shape formats, storytelling, and visual direction

Who you are

• You’ve got a sharp sense for sports, atmosphere, and storytelling

• You’re quick, adaptable, and know how to work “in the moment”

• You can both shoot and edit (we use the Adobe Suite, After Effects is a plus)

• You know how to set up a camera, manage audio, and choose the right lens

• You’ve got a portfolio that shows what you can do, ideally with fast-paced, sporty content
